SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING COSTS

In order to determine the cost of delivery, the shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart using the weight of the item and the location it is shipped to. You can calculate your total shipping cost at any time by going to your Shopping Cart page (the Cart button is available at the top right of the site) and entering the Country you would like us to ship your goods to. Choosing the calculate button will let you know the total cost of shipping. It will also be automatically added and displayed as you proceed through the shopping cart process.

The minimum cost of delivery in Australia is $6.95
Cost of delivery to Overseas locations will vary from country to country.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days within Australia and 3-10 business days for International orders. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Universal Medicine ships goods worldwide. (Some conditions may apply to the USA and Canada and other countries, where shipping restrictions apply).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver products Australia wide and Internationally using Australia Post standard shipping. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. International shipping times are estimated between 3-10 days after dispatch. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Where digital products are available in our store, we supply them as an MP3, PDF or ZIP download. Upon receipt of payment for your digital goods you will receive an email to the email address you have specified in your account. To view or change your email address visit your account profile. If you have problems downloading your digital file please contact sales[at]universalmedicine.com[dot]au

* Please note that if you are paying by Direct Deposit or Cheque / Money Order your file will not be available to you until payment has cleared into our account and your payment has been identified. CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

Universal Medicine is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.  

REFUND POLICY

SHOP

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website.

EVENTS

Since 1999 the policy at Universal Medicine for all Private Sessions and Events has been a full refund if, at the end of the session, workshop or course, the client or participant does not feel satisfied.

At any point during the session or event, if the client or participant is not content, they are free to leave and walk out with a full refund – no questions asked. However, after a 24-hour period from when the session or event ends, no refunds will be given.

We trust that this is respectfully understood and ask that you are respectful with our generous policy.

UNFORSEEN EVENTS

All workshop schedules and plans are subject to change at our discretion should any exceptional circumstances arise. In the event that it is required to cancel the session or event, we will provide a refund for the cost of the session, workshop or course.

We can accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss, or additional expenses due to changes in the services.

BOOKING YOURSELF OR OTHERS

In registering a booking for yourself or another for any event or session with Universal Medicine, you are agreeing to accept all the above conditions for yourself and on behalf of another.

PRICING POLICY

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) for Australian residents.
