Universal Medicine Events UK - First week of June 2013

Universal Medicine’s upcoming events include The Livingness – Stage 1 and 2, along with Sacred Esoteric Healing Level 1. All events will be held at The Sound Training Centre next to The Lighthouse.

The Livingness – Stage 1

Saturday 1st June: 11:00 to 16:00

This one-day workshop introduces the possibility that there is a way of living, with the practical applications of self-love and presence in daily life, that naturally allows the body and human being to live in harmony with self and others. As living in this way is not a reality for many, time is spent in the workshop on bringing focus to the behaviours and patterns that take one away from this otherwise natural way. This introductory course, although presented yearly, changes in its delivery to best support those present, providing the opportunity for participants to reconnect and feel the amazing quality that forever lies within, and take this back to their daily lives.

Note: It’s likely that there will be more cars on the road with The Royal Bath and West Show taking place on the same day.

The Livingness – Stage 2

Sunday 2nd June: 10:00 to 16:00

It is all too common that we feel ourselves slip into patterns and behaviours that leave the body feeling heavy, lethargic and/or bloated, all in the attempt to deal with the intensity of daily life. Choosing these behaviours leaves an imprint in our bodies, keeping us in a seemingly endless cycle of repeating the same choices over and over again. The Livingness – Stage 2 a direct follow-on from Stage 1, offers the opportunity for a true healing, by removing the imprints from these previously ingrained behaviours, and thus giving the body space for more self-caring and nurturing choices to be made.

Sacred Esoteric Healing – Level 1

Tuesday 4th June: 9:00 to 17:00

Wednesday 5th June: 9:00 to 16:00

This introductory course to Sacred Esoteric Healing offers the opportunity of reconnecting to the feeling and flow of energy in the body, and highlights the energetic fact that our choices and quality of presence directly affects others. Therefore, although technique is deeply valued, emphasis is placed on the quality of being held within the person practicing the modality, to inspire and support another to heal and discard energetic or emotional imprints that do not serve.

Note: It’s wise to bring your own means of hydration, a pillow for comfort and notepad. Feel free to bring your own lunch, however homemade soups and curries (among other things) are available for purchase at “Love in a Cup”.
